We're seeking a Housekeeping Attendant who takes pride in spotless rooms, guest‑ready spaces, and maintaining the high presentation standards our guests expect.

Your Impact
Room Cleaning & Presentation
* Service guest rooms to hotel standards, including bed making, bathroom cleaning, vacuuming, replenishing amenities, and resetting furniture.
* Ensure all rooms meet cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation benchmarks before guest arrival.
Public Area Cleaning
* Maintain lobby, hallways, lifts, guest facilities, and other public areas ensuring cleanliness, safety, and readiness throughout the day.
Linen & Stock Control
* Manage linen usage, report shortages or quality issues, and restock housekeeping trolleys and storage areas.
* Monitor room amenities and communicate stock levels to supervisors.
Team Coordination
* Collaborate with Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure room readiness, support early check‑ins, and escalate maintenance issues promptly.
Guest Interaction
* Provide friendly, professional assistance when encountering guests in corridors or public areas.
Compliance & Safety
* Follow cleaning procedures aligned with health, hygiene, and safety guidelines.
* Adhere to chemical handling, equipment usage, and manual handling standards.
What You'll Bring
* Experience in housekeeping or a similar cleaning role (hospitality highly regarded).
* Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high cleaning standards.
* Ability to work efficiently within timeframes and independently when required.
* Reliable, punctual, and able to perform physical tasks such as bending and lifting safely.
* A positive team mindset and professional presentation.
* Valid Australian working rights.
