Delaware North is seeking a full-time Director of Marketing to lead our marketing function with bold thinking, commercial acumen, and a proven ability to deliver results.
Job Description
The role offers the chance to shape and execute the marketing strategy across our Australian and New Zealand operations, influencing directives that drive growth and brand impact. You will lead a small, dispersed team and provide innovative, strategic leadership across diverse portfolios, including hospitality operations in airports, stadiums, parks, resorts, gaming, and merchandise for stadiums and clubs.
You will be responsible for developing and executing integrated plans that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and commercial success. This includes overseeing campaigns across digital, experiential, and traditional channels with measurable outcomes.
In addition, you will align marketing initiatives with business objectives, revenue targets, and customer insights. You will also elevate the brand by strengthening Delaware North's positioning through storytelling, innovation, and market intelligence.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven success in senior marketing roles, ideally within hospitality or tourism.
* Expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, and social media.
* Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
* Demonstrated ability to deliver impactful marketing strategies and manage budgets effectively.
* Deep understanding of SEO, digital campaigns, and ROI metrics.
* Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to work independently, manage remote teams, and travel as required.
* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing or related field.
