We partner with Australia's largest healthcare organisations to deliver in-home allied health services. Tasks and responsibilities Clinical work ● Assess and manage the needs of clients, and provide expert advice and treatment options ● Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in the delivery of care ● Utilise advanced clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice ● Participate in the development and implementation of clinical programs and services ● Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with documentation requirement ● Continually review our current processes with an eye for improvements, including updating our team wiki with best practice ● Prepare training and educational materials for the organisations we work closely with ● Identify opportunities for service improvement and develop strategies to enhance the quality of care ● Engage in professional development activities to maintain and enhance clinical skills and knowledge Team Management Support ● Support the team management by mentoring and coaching a team in delivering client-centred care; you’ll be closely supported by the National Head of OT / Directors ● Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and address any issues or concerns ● Assist with the recruitment, training, and development of Occupational Therapists ● Ensure that all compliance requirements are met, including team certifications are up to date Organisational growth ● Proactively create knowledge sharing opportunities across Nimbus Health ● Contribute to company and departmental training sessions ● Act as a brand advocate for Nimbus Health What's in it for you?
