About the Role:
As Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a seamless, service-first experience for every customer. You'll lead from the front-driving store performance, mentoring your team, and overseeing all facets of daily operations, including the management of high stock volumes.
Key Responsibilities:
o Lead, coach, and empower a dedicated team
o Create a welcoming and customer-focused in-store experience
o Oversee store operations including stock control, rostering, and compliance
o Effectively manage high stock volumes and ensure accurate inventory processes
o Drive performance to meet and exceed sales and service targets
o Maintain high store standards in visual merchandising and presentation
o Ensure the store is safe, well-organised, and operating efficiently
What You'll Bring:
o Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a busy retail environment
o Strong leadership skills with a focus on team growth and development
o A hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement
o Solid experience managing large volumes of stock and back-of-house operations
o Excellent time management, multitasking, and communication skills
o Physically capable of manual tasks such as stock movement and ladder use
