With clients in defence, health, education, aged care and not-for-profit sectors, they are working on a broad range of projects along the east coast of Australia.

About the role
This role will support the Project Manager in the following tasks:
* Project initiation including design management, development of cost plans and programmes.
* Developing procurement strategy, tender development and review, contract negotiation, preparation, and execution.
* Managing the head contractor, ensuring time, cost, and contractual obligations are met.
* Managing project programme, cost control, reporting and resolving any issues with contractors.
* Contract management, review, and approvals of claims and variations, EOTs, RFIs and progress inspections.
* Project finalisation and handover.
About you
You will have:
* A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Property or equivalent experience.
* Previous experience as an Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer or Contract Administrator, ideally working for clients in the Defence, Education or Health/Aged Care sectors.
* Experience working for a consultancy or contractor.
* Outstanding communication skills with the ability to engage with people from a wide range of backgrounds.
* Strong attention to detail and a meticulous, well‑organised nature.
* Drive, enthusiasm and dedication to delivering high quality results for your client.
