Lifecycle Marketing Manager
As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you'll lead the customer engagement strategy across the entire customer lifecycle. This role involves leveraging creativity, empathy, and data to build high-impact marketing programs that drive business growth. Your mission is to maximize customer lifetime value and turn users into loyal advocates.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product and feature launches in collaboration with Product teams.
* Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives by working closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to surface the right message at the right time.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling customer communications and campaigns based on valuable insights.
Ideal Candidate
* 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with at least 2 years focused on customer or product marketing.
* Proven track record of launching features or products and driving measurable adoption.
* Ability to own end-to-end execution from strategy to content to systems.
