About the Role:
In this senior clinical position, you will:
Provide clinical leadership and guidance to a multidisciplinary team, including Behaviour Support Practitioners, Mental Health Clinicians, and Provisionally Registered Psychologists
Deliver high-quality clinical supervision as a Board-Approved Psychology Supervisor, supporting professional growth and registration pathways
Design and lead the development of practical tools, training, and resources that enhance clinical capability and service consistency across the organisation
Drive the implementation of evidence-based practices, ensuring safe, effective, and person-centred support for individuals with complex disability and mental health needs
Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to shape service strategy, influence sector practice, and advocate for better outcomes for the people we support
What You'll Bring:
Board Approved Supervisor in good standing
Experience in mental health, disability or complex behaviour support
Strong knowledge of relevant legislation (NDIS, Disability Services Acts)
A collaborative mindset and outstanding interpersonal skills
Desirable: Area of Practice Endorsement in Clinical Psychology
Requirements:
Completion of your Bachelor's in psychology and registration with the appropriate registration authority or association within Australia
APAC-accredited 4-year Psychology qualification/AHPRA Registration (General)
Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (paid) – or willingness to obtain
Current Working with Children Check (paid) – or willingness to obtain
