Our high-volume kitchen team is passionate about cooking quality, seasonal dishes using local produce, and delivering excellent food for our guests.
We're on the lookout for a range of talented and experienced Chefs and Cooks to join our incredible kitchen team!

We're hiring casual positions across all levels, including Fryer Cooks, Larder, Pizza Chefs, and Chefs de Partie (CDP).
Qualifications / Experience
At least 2 years' experience in a commercial kitchen
Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
Attributes / Skills
Passion for food and hospitality
Ability to thrive in a quick-paced environment
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Openness to giving and receiving feedback
Responsibilities
Cooking and presenting dishes across different kitchen sections
Maintaining high standards of hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety
