Job Description
We are in search of an experienced and proactive Finance Business Partner to join our team in a permanent full-time position. This role calls for someone with exceptional business acumen, a positive disposition and strong interpersonal skills. You will be providing a high level of support to the transactional services team to ensure accurate data is processed through the financial system and deadlines are met.
The Opportunity
* Manage budget, forecasting and strategic planning processes and operational risk for relevant division
* Contribute to the Strategic Planning Process as it pertains to the division
* Contribute to the development and deployment of best practice forecasting and planning tools & processes as it pertains to the division
* Champion a best practice controls and governance culture within the division
* Partner with all leadership in the division to manage and optimise risk and opportunity
* Drive financial accountability and commercial capability across relevant division
Qualifications
* Bachelor's or equivalent in Finance and/or Economics
* Completed or working towards the CPA or CA
* Experience working with Tech-one or similar accounting system and advanced excel skills.
* Experience in process improvement.
* Knowledge and understanding of accounting standards and statutory requirements.
* Ability to train and impart knowledge to all areas of the business.
* Strong collaboration skills and resilience to change.
