HR Business Partner + People Services Officer (2 Roles)
We are recruiting two temporary People & Culture roles to support increased organisational activity and workforce change. Immediate impact roles supporting HR operations, leadership capability and employee experience.
Location: Tewantin, QLD (Onsite)
Contract: 24 Nov 2025 – 20 Feb 2026 with potential extension
Hours: 38 hrs / week
Dress Code: Business Casual
Role 1: HR Business Partner
Rate: $55.39 / hr PAYG | $62.04 / hr ABN
Key Focus: HR advisory, employee relations, leadership support, organisational change.

Responsibilities
* Partner with leaders to provide advice on performance, ER / IR issues, grievances and investigations.
* Coach leaders to build capability and support positive team culture.
* Support organisational change, workforce planning and job design / classification reviews.
* Prepare HR advice, documentation, reports and recommendations.
Requirements
* HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor experience.
* Strong ER / IR capability and confidence managing sensitive matters.
* Experience supporting change and influencing stakeholders.
* Understanding of employment legislation, awards and agreements.
* HR degree (required).
Role 2: People Services Officer
Rate: $42.77 / hr PAYG | $47.90 / hr ABN
Key Focus: HR administration, employee lifecycle support, service delivery.
