About the Role
Key Responsibilities
• Manage incoming service requests and ensure timely scheduling and response
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and growth channels
• Prepare and price repair quotes, service work, and small project works
• Support and coordinate field technicians and daily job allocation
• Oversee workflow to ensure jobs are completed on time and within scope
• Handle client enquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure parts and materials are sourced efficiently
• Monitor service performance and identify improvements in delivery and process
• Support overall business operations alongside management team
• Maintain clear communication between office, field staff, and clients
About You
• Experience in service coordination, account management, sales, or operations
• Strong client relationship and communication skills
• Ability to quote, price, and manage service-based work
• Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Problem-solving mindset with a practical approach
