We are seeking a reliable and friendly Switchboard Operator to join ISLHD. Responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, providing excellent customer service, paging staff, updating contact details and rosters, responding to emergency calls, recording actions, updating the hospital directory, and collaborating with hospital teams.
