Digital Account Manager

We're looking for a Digital Account Manager to join our passionate crew of creatives, strategists and driven heavy‑hitters. Join us in carrying out our agency's mission of producing nothing but greatness for ambitious brands.


The opportunity

You will be joining an experienced team of account managers and technical specialists working together to achieve our clients' marketing goals. Your role is to use your interpersonal skills to foster solid professional connections with new and existing clients and become an extension of their business. You will be meticulous and considered in your approach and will be able to formulate strategies to achieve set goals.

You will bring the expertise of all teams across the business including paid social, SEO, Google Ads, eDM, web, brand and video production to harmoniously develop solutions tailored to our clients specific challenges.

Your day may look something like this; manage the delivery of campaigns, facilitate client meetings, oversee and monitor a set number of accounts, present key insights and developments, build trusted relationships with clients and suppliers, participate in workshops and onboarding sessions, identify opportunities for growth and develop proposals, and work collaboratively with internal and external teams.


Key responsibilities

* Overseeing the day‑to‑day delivery of integrated digital marketing campaigns
* Managing multiple client relationships and becoming an extension of their business
* Research and analyse industry changes/developments in Search Engine Marketing
* Intimately understanding our clients' business, audience, competitors and industry
* Clearly identifying marketing objectives and working with our broader team to develop relevant recommendations that drive real business results
* Communicating and presenting to staff at all levels, including senior marketers
* Autonomously manage your work and all deliverables in relation to assigned clients
* Conduct monthly client assessments to evaluate the success of the implementation of digital performance strategies
* Gather information from clients to create clear and actionable project briefs
* Identify challenges and pitfalls within the clients' performance and prepare strategies to defuse/overcome the challenge
* Identify opportunities and pitch new services / cross‑sell / upsell our services


The ideal candidate has

* 3+ years experience in a similar role
* Commercial acumen
* Experience working in an agency environment
* Deep understanding of SEO, PPC, eDM and Paid Social
* Good understanding of Google and Meta platforms
* Good understanding of GA4
* An ability to think outside the box and execute ideas quickly
* Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service with your portfolio
* Be meticulous and organised in managing workflows across multiple accounts
* Experience in running/coordinating successful digital campaigns for clients
