Job Title: Senior SAP HR Developer
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP HR Developer to design, build, and enhance SAP HR solutions that support the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and integration teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions across SAP ECC6 HCM and related platforms. Your primary focus will be on delivering solutions to evolving business requirements within projects, minor works, and BAU across existing SAP HR/HCM landscapes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver solutions to evolving business requirements within projects, minor works, and BAU across existing SAP HR/HCM landscapes.
2. Lead and contribute to technical design – translating functional requirements into high-quality, maintainable technical solutions and integrations.
3. Design, develop, and enhance SAP HCM (Hire to Retire) processes, including Personnel Administration, Organisational Management, Time Management, Payroll interfaces, and ESS/MSS (as applicable).
4. Provide regular status updates and proactive risk/issue management to ensure delivery within agreed scope, quality, and timeframes.
5. Support business operations and production stability, including incident resolution, performance tuning, and root-cause analysis for SAP ECC6 and integrations with non-SAP applications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need extensive experience in SAP HR development (e.g., ABAP for HR, HR-PA/OM enhancements, HR forms, workflows, BAPIs/BADIs, user exits). A proven track record designing and implementing SAP HR solutions across the HCM functional stream (Hire to Retire), including customisations and integrations, is also essential.
In addition, you should have strong knowledge of SAP ECC HCM and SuccessFactors (functional and technical), with experience in cloud-based HR applications and integration patterns. Hands-on expertise with ABAP, HR-ABAP, ALE/IDocs, RFC/BAPI, OData/REST APIs, and PI/PO or other middleware tools is also required.

A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience) is essential. SAP certifications in HCM and/or SuccessFactors are highly regarded.
