Due to continual business growth we are currently looking for a Spare Parts Coordinator to join our friendly Wollongong Team This is a new role within our growing Wollongong Branch.
The Role
Handle retail, wholesale & internal business
Manage the service counter for parts interpreting
Invoicing and closing off orders
Attend to workshop/customers efficiently and courteously
Issue parts to workshop for repairs & maintenance
Assist in parts stock take control
Warehouse daily duties as required
About You
Motor vehicle or mechanical interest
Strong sense of self-motivation and enthusiasm with a high work ethic and 'can do' attitude
Willingness to learn
Focused on providing customer service at the highest level
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional, neat presentation
Ability to communicate clearly and help out fellow workers when required
