What You'll Do
* Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the project team to help achieve key milestones
* Manage project documentation, registers, and document control systems in line with client and company requirements
* Maintain and update project databases, including drawings, safety records, PPE, and equipment
* Support timesheet processing and liaise with payroll to ensure accurate and timely submissions
* Assist with invoicing, progress claims, reconciliations, and procurement administration
* Prepare operating and maintenance manuals for project handover
* Support quotation, variation, and tender documentation as required
* Assist with safety administration, including inductions, incident reporting, and compliance documentation
* Provide general office and reception support where required
What We're Looking For
* Previous administration experience in the construction or electrical industry (desirable)
* White Card (required)
* Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* A motivated, detail‑oriented individual ready to learn and grow
* Experience with invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, or financial administration
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* A flexible, proactive approach with the ability to support a busy project team
* Strong communication and customer‑service skills
