Financial Operations Assistant
As a Financial Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable invoices, reconciling supplier statements, and providing administrative support to the finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Data Entry: Accurately enter accounts payable invoices into our system, ensuring all necessary information is captured and up-to-date.
* Reconciliation: Reconcile supplier statements on a regular basis, identifying and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
* Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the finance team, including tasks such as software upgrades and other duties as assigned.
