Join our Gold Coast Holistic Dental Care team! Owned and run by Dr Carla Simoes, we focus on holistic dentistry that considers dental health as part of overall physical and emotional well-being. We use biocompatible materials to minimise any adverse impact on the body and offer a comprehensive range of holistic dental services and advanced healthcare treatments.
The Role
Casual Receptionist up to 38 hours per week, with availability over 4 days at Gold Coast Holistic Dental Care. As the welcoming face of our practice, you'll manage front desk operations and deliver exceptional customer service, supporting our multidisciplinary team of Dentists, Therapists and Holistic Health Professionals in our 4-chair practice.
About You
You will play a vital role in supporting our clinical team to deliver outstanding patient experiences. To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Dental reception experience (essential).
* Proficiency in Dental 4 Windows software.
* Strong attention to detail, particularly with infection control protocols.
* A confident, energetic approach with the ability to build trust with patients.
* Passion for delivering the best care to our growing patient base.
