The Duties:
- Proactively manage and nurture client relationships
- Cultivate and foster strong relationships with local Real Estate Agents
- Source upcoming opportunities and off-market listings
- Conduct thorough property inspections on behalf of clients
- Liaise effectively with clients, agents, and solicitors to facilitate smooth transaction processes.
- Efficiently manage emails, appointments, and diaries to uphold client service standards.
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions to continuously enhance skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
The Requirements:
A NSW & ACT Class 1 Real Estate License is essential to be considered for this position. You must also possess a reliable car and a valid driver's license. We are seeking a motivated and driven individual with a passion for the industry who is ready to take their career to the next level Our successful candidate will possess:
- Exceptional closing skills and outstanding communication abilities
- Demonstrated proficiency in building long-standing client relationships
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- High level of professionalism and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in the Property or Real Estate industry is highly advantageous
