The opportunity



We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Services Manager to lead our community-based Clinical Services Team, including Support at Home, CHSP, and private clients.



This dynamic role combines clinical leadership with operational management, overseeing all aspects of clinical service delivery to ensure the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of our clients in the community.



Your role is pivotal in ensuring the highest standard of person-centred care is delivered, and you’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure all aspects of physical, emotional, and social wellbeing are addressed



You will lead and manage the clinical and operational management of the clinical team for Support at Home, CHSP and private clients in the community.



Key areas of capability include:

o Leadership and people management
o Clinical governance
o Clinical services operations
o Financial and budget management
o Clinical services reporting
o Consumer Relationships



Key responsibilities



As Clinical Services Manager, you’ll:

o Guide, mentor and lead a dedicated multidisciplinary clinical team.

o Oversee the quality and delivery of clinical care services in the community.

o Manage budgets, rostering, and productivity targets.

o Ensure compliance with relevant aged care standards and regulations.

o Lead quality improvement and audit processes.

o Support staff onboarding, training and clinical supervision.

o Be the escalation point for complex clinical and consumer matters.

Qualifications and Experience



o Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
o Minimum 3 years’ experience in clinical leadership within aged care or health.
o Experience delivering services in community/home care settings.
o Knowledge of Support at Home and CHSP programs.
o Strong understanding of aged care quality standards and compliance.
o Excellent communication, mentoring and problem-solving skills.
o Postgraduate qualifications in Aged Care (desirable).





Other requirements



It is a mandatory requirement when working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid Police Clearance or National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Screening Clearance, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of this role.



All aged care workers are encouraged to be vaccinated against Covid-19 (3 vaccines) and are encouraged to receive the Flu-Vaccine.
