As the Nursing Unit Manager for the State Wide Infant Screening – Hearing (SWIS‑H) program and the State Wide Eyesight Preschool Screening (StEPS) program, you will contribute to the early identification, intervention and referral of infants and children across one of NSW's most diverse and rapidly growing communities. You bring strong operational and clinical leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate service delivery, guide a skilled multidisciplinary workforce and manage resources to achieve excellent performance outcomes. You are passionate about continuous improvement and service innovation, and confident in driving initiatives that enhance safety, efficiency and equitable access. With a focus on early childhood health, you are ready to lead teams that provide crucial hearing and vision screening for infants and preschool‑aged children, ensuring they receive timely pathways to assessment, intervention and support.
