The Employment Coach plays a vital role in delivering our employment services strategy, which focuses on improving sustainable employment outcomes for people with disabilities. This position centres on mentoring participants to overcome and manage barriers by developing tailored plans and fostering a work-ready mindset.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Ensuring each participant's individual needs and aspirations for employment are at the centre of focus
* Effectively supporting a caseload of participants, by providing support, guidance, and direction
* Meeting individual and team KPIs in line with industry standards
