About the Role
Are you an experienced Physiotherapist looking for a meaningful role and a lifestyle change? We're seeking a dynamic, community-minded Physiotherapist to join our new allied health team and help to make a genuine difference in the lives of people living with chronic and complex conditions.
As part of our growing multidisciplinary team, you'll play a pivotal role by supporting individuals improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life. You will:
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy for people with complex chronic conditions
Design and implement exercise, rehabilitation and pain management programs
Support self-management, physical activity and health literacy through education for individuals and families
Provide community-based care (medical centre, home visits, and local outreach)
Collaborate across Wunan's services and with local providers and health care services
Contribute to care planning, joint care / case conferencing and integrated physiotherapy pathways
About You
Tertiary qualified physiotherapist with current AHPRA registration
Minimum 3 years' clinical experience across the lifespan in private practice or community physiotherapy
Exceptional team-player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to genuine strengths-based, responsive, person-centred care
Dedicated to empowering individuals to live well with chronic conditions through integrated, person-centred, supported and safe care
Able to commence late December ****

The organisation is a purpose-built, accredited private medical centre located in Kununurra. As a busy and innovative not-for-profit primary health care service, it is committed to delivering high-quality, inclusive healthcare for the community, tourists, and industries across the East Kimberley.
As a purpose-driven social enterprise, the organisation provides an accredited private GP clinic alongside integrated community services in youth mental health, disability advocacy, and residential AOD withdrawal. It is dedicated to strengthening integrated and coordinated allied health care across the stunning East Kimberley. The organisation is proudly Aboriginal-led and recognises the importance of Aboriginal leadership, local knowledge, and cultural expertise in driving local solutions and positive change.
