We are expanding our team in New South Wales and need enthusiastic Site Engineers to bring their skills and experience during an exciting time for the business.
About the role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will
* Conduct project compliance in accordance with the Business Management System.
* Complete project planning and programming tasks.
* Manage client relationships.
* Monitor performance of construction crew and subcontractors against estimates.
* Report and mitigate project performance issues.
* Report production costs daily, weekly and monthly.
* Procure plant, equipment and material; and
* Issue PMPs, SWMs, and MSDs.
The ideal candidate will be
* Be able to manage time effectively and prioritise activities.
* Have a customer focused mindset.
* Be an effective communicator.
* Experience working in civil construction.
* Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering.
* Team player; and
* Passionate to learn and grow within the business.
