Main Responsibilities:

Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous retail and/or trade experience, preferably in the tools industry
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build long-term relationships with colleagues and customers
* Enthusiastic, highly motivated, and a dedicated team player who prioritizes exceptional customer service
* Comfortable with technology, including computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
* Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
