Position: Loader Driver (Harvest Casual)
Location: Highbury, WA

You must be able to work flexible hours and hold the current respective licences.

As a Loader Driver, you will be an integral part of our operations, ensuring the safe and efficient loading of stock feed. Your role will support our production team in delivering quality feed to our customers both domestically and overseas.
Responsibilities:
* Operate front-end loaders to transport, load, and unload baled hay and straw
* Assist with the movement and storage of products within the site, ensuring accurate record-keeping for effective stock control management
* Perform daily pre-start checks and basic maintenance on loader equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
* Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental protocols, ensuring a safe workplace for yourself and your colleagues
* Assist with general site duties as needed to support the overall production process
Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience operating front-end loaders, particularly with baled hay and straw
* Strong understanding of workplace safety procedures and the ability to follow safety protocols
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet the physical demands of the role
* A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and the ability to work effectively under pressure
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including extended shifts during peak harvest periods
* Good communication skills both oral & written
* Strong attention to detail
