Your RoleAs a Support Worker at Adele House, you will be at the heart of delivering vital support to residents, guiding them through entry assessments and ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations of the site.You'll collaborate closely with our AOD casework, inclusion, and counselling teams to provide holistic, person-centered care, ensuring residents receive the best possible support on their journey to recovery.Your ResponsibilitiesSupporting clients in a respectful, non-judgmental, and inclusive manner.Helping clients implement their case plans and connect to essential services.Contributing to the safety and well-being of staff, clients, and visitors by upholding WHS and risk management practices.Facilitating client activities, maintaining accommodation standards, and supporting daily operations.Attending regular team meetings and ensuring accurate record-keeping.You Will NeedMinimum Cert IV in Community Services or relevant experience (or currently pursuing tertiary studies).
