About the role
Mater Private Hospital Redlands is currently seeking Enrolled Nurses to join our Casual Pool team. Availability and flexibility are of great importance to the Casual Talent Pool community. To be eligible for this opportunity you must be able to work a minimum of 2 shifts per week on varying shifts as advised across a 24/7 period.
This position offers Enrolled Nurses the opportunity to be exposed to different areas of Redlands Mater Private Hospital and gain valuable experience.
Responsibilitys
As a Casual Pool Enrolled Nurse you will provide a high standard of patient‐centred nursing care. Core responsibilities include supporting patients in activities of daily living, assisting in meeting basic human needs and recognising normal and abnormal assessment, intervention and evaluation of patient health and functional status. You will communicate with VMOs, Allied Health professionals and team members within the unit.

* Current AHPRA registration (without restrictions)
* Experience working within an acute hospital environment
* Flexibility to perform in various wards, adaptability to seamlessly integrate into different teams and work under different NUMs
* Consistent availability to complete shifts at short notice
* Commitment to excellence in nursing practice and professional development
* Demonstrated ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team
* Basic computer skills and proven ability to use health information systems
