Your Attributes, Qualifications & Experience
Proven record in vehicle sales, reaching and exceeding KPI's
Minimum 3-5 years of vehicle sales/ management required
A reliable work ethic and always projecting professionalism
Diligent with customer follow up and adhere to business processes
Energetic and dynamic personality, able to quickly engage with our diverse customer base
Key Responsibilities
Managing sales and sales team
Dealing with online, phone and face-to-face leads
Providing great customer service and follow-up
Managing stock presentation and marketing
Nurturing and incentivising sales team to meet KPI's - daily, weekly and monthly incentives
