This role supports the delivery of an enterprise SD‐WAN and SASE program, with a strong focus on understanding network and security components. You will translate complex architectures into delivery-ready requirements from discovery through to transition.

Description
* Support delivery of an SD‐WAN and SASE program with a strong understanding of network and security components
* Elicit and document business and technical requirements for network and security solutions
* Translate SD‐WAN and SASE designs into clear business requirements and process impacts
* Facilitate workshops with business, network, and security stakeholders
* Partner closely with architects and engineers to support solution delivery
* Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and defect management
* Assist with cutover planning and transition into operational support
* Maintain high-quality documentation including BRDs, RTMs, and process flows
Profile
A successful Technical Business Analyst should have:
* Proven experience as a Technical or Infrastructure Business Analyst
* Strong understanding of network and security components used in SD‐WAN and SASE deployments
* Experience working on WAN, SD‐WAN, or enterprise network programs
* Confident working alongside network architects and security engineers
* Ability to translate technical designs into business-facing requirements
* Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
* Experience supporting testing and operational handover
* Delivery-focused mindset with a willingness to get things done
