Practice Details This modern, solo practice has been operational for over 10 years and is AGPAL accredited. Up to 8 Doctors have worked in the Practice at any one time in addition to the Practice Principal. The Practice also has visiting Diabetes Educator, Dietician, Exercise Physiologist and Podiatrist. The Practice is a training Practice accredited for GP Training by ACRRM and RACGP. The Practice has hosted Registrars on different Training pathways in the past including AGPT, RVTS, FSP, and ACRRM Independent pathways. The Practice does broad General Practice and there is opportunity for Occupational Health. There is a local regional hospital with a wide range of local specialists and referral to provincial servers in some cases. Position Description A solo practice in Mount Isa has a full-time opportunity for a General Practitioner with a range of experience levels catered for. Qualifications & Experience: General AHPRA registration or Limited / Provisional AHPRA registration (Level 2 supervision minimum) Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and colleagues. Hours: There is a shared arrangement with other practices in relation to afterhours coverage. Salary Information: Salary is commensurate with experience and has profit share. About Mount Isa: Mount Isa is a city located west of the Great Dividing Range in North-West Queensland. Located 880 kilometres inland from Townsville it is quite literally an oasis in the outback.
