About The Opportunity
Are you ready to embark on a new journey? We are seeking a talented Human Resources Advisor to work closely with the Human Resource Manager. You will provide guidance to internal stakeholders, including managing employee relations issues and the employee life cycle. You will play a key role in driving high-performance and promoting culture. This position will require high engagement with our site-based teams, to deliver support, regular travel to site will be required.
Your Duties Will Include
* Provide effective HR advice to employees and people leaders
* Maintain the accuracy of HR data and complete regular HR reporting
* Align operational HR delivery with broader transformational objectives
* Assist in managing employee relations cases and conducting workplace investigations
* Supporting key employee lifecycle activities
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders
* Other projects and initiatives as directed
About you
* A degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
* Extensive experience in a generalist role, ideally with exposure to the mining or resources sector
* Proven ability to engage and influence leaders and key stakeholders
* Generalist experience in all areas of the Human Resources discipline, industrial relations, organisational development, training and development, remuneration and benefits
* Understanding of the Fair Work Act and general HR/ER practices
* Proactive and solutions-focused mindset with attention to detail
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to excel in building positive working relationships across diverse teams
