Your new role
* Assess, collate and process loan application documents
* Provide guidance and support to customers across a range of banking products and services
* Support customers and navigate toward an optimal resolution
* Ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders (brokers/lenders/customers)
* Have excellent computer literacy skills (ability to use multiple computer systems/databases simultaneously)
Your Skills And Experience
* Previous experience in a customer service role is essential
* A sound understanding and keen interest in banking and financial services
* High attention to detail
* Ability to work to tight deadlines
* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
* Strong ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
* Degree in Finance/Business is highly regarded but not required
