Join Silk Hospitality – Elevate Excellence in Housekeeping Silk Hospitality invites an experienced, service-driven individual to take the helm of our housekeeping team at a luxury 5-star hotel in the Gold Coast. As Executive Housekeeper you will play a pivotal role in upholding an exceptional standard of cleanliness, presentation, and service delivery for our hotel partners and their guests. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to; Oversee daily operations of the housekeeping department to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are consistently met. Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding service. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas. Manage departmental budgets, supply inventory, and cost control. Uphold strict health, hygiene, and safety protocols. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Front Office, Maintenance) to ensure seamless guest service. Respond to guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly. Maintain and enhance standard operating procedures. Monitor and report on housekeeping performance, occupancy needs, and staffing levels. Support onboarding and ongoing training programs for new and existing staff. Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction at all times. What We're Looking For: Proven success as an Executive Housekeeper in a 5-star hotel. In-depth knowledge of housekeeping operations, procedures, and standards. High attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness and presentation. Self-motivated with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
