Role Description
This is a part-time role for a Human Resources Advisor, working on-site at their Perth operation 3 days per week.
The HR advisor will support the delivery of daily transactional HR services while also leading transformative HR initiatives.
Primary responsibilities will be;
* HR Administration
* Overseeing the recruitment operations including defining position requirements, talent acquisition, screening and selection in collaboration with the line management.
* Maintaining the company Org Chart
* Oversee new employee administration including offers, onboarding and general inductions.
* Provide advice and support to supervisory team when required on disciplinary procedures
* Assist senior management with HR issues surround reorganisations, restructures and resultant dismissals and redundancies.
* Integrate and support a performance management processes.
* Offboarding when employees leave
Qualifications
Candidates will have;
* Solid understanding of Human Resources (HR) Management and HR Policies.
* Experience with various Awards, Labour and Employment Laws.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
* Ability to
advise and guide line management on handling employee relations and performance management matters.
* Awareness of management goals and priorities and how that related to HR delivery.
* Experience with medium sized private / family owned businesses.
* Responsive and flexible approach to addressing HR management matters.
* Critical thinking and problem solving abilities.
* Qualifications in HR and or Business management.
