Work in a beautifully curated, design focused showroom Monday to Friday role (no weekends) Reception, social media and events focused role What’s in it for you Be part of a premium global interiors and architectural brand Hands on organisation of events, exhibitions, and product launches Build strong networks with designers, architects, and industry partners Take your entrepreneurial approach to client service, operations, and coordination Supportive leadership team and long term career opportunities Responsibilities | What you’ll do Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and industry partners, creating a professional and welcoming first impression Drive traffic through the showroom via creative execution of social media, events, PR and proactive partnering within the architecture and interior design community Co-ordination and setup of showroom events and social media Assist with booking appointments, logistics, and on site operations Maintain presentation areas, and refreshments to a premium standard Update digital content and co-ordinate local communications initiatives Manage general administration, reporting, and inbox coordination Act as the first point of contact in the showroom and over the phone and in person Cleaning and maintenance to ensure seamless daily operations What you’ll need | Who you are Experience in a showroom, reception, hospitality, events, PR and social media roles Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with professional presentation Strong organisational ability and attention to detail Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment Interest in design, architecture, or premium interiors is highly regarded Competent use of social media, Canva and other digital tools and IT systems Reporting to an experienced and best in class Showroom Manager, this is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on client interaction, and wants to work within a design led environment. You will gain valuable exposure to industry events and professionals while building a solid foundation in showroom operations and client experience.
