We are seeking an experienced Project Cost Controller to manage end-to-end cost control and financial performance across a diverse portfolio of capital projects. This role blends traditional cost management with systems integration and AI-enabled analytics to enhance forecasting accuracy, cost visibility, and decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cost performance analysis.
* Ensure accurate cost attribution, cash flow monitoring, and financial reporting.
* Configure and support project control systems and reporting tools.
* Drive data quality, governance, and process standardisation.
* Leverage advanced analytics and AI‑driven insights to improve forecasting and automate reporting.
* New ERP and AI systems implementation.
* Identify opportunities for automation and digital optimisation across project controls.
About You
* Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Finance, Commerce, or related discipline.
* Significant experience in project cost control within capital projects.
* Strong knowledge of project control systems (e.g. SAP, OnePlan, Primavera, MS Project, Project Online), and advanced Excel skills; BI tools and AI analytics exposure desirable.
* Analytical mindset with excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
