About The Role
As one of 3 supervisors you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising works with the other supervisors, trades and suppliers.
Your responsibilities include:
* Coordinating and supervising construction activities.
* Oversee the civil, structure and finishes phases of the project.
* Identify and resolve problems throughout the construction process.
* Managing ITP's to ensure standards and compliance.
* Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
* A strong commitment to environmental standards.
* Provide weekly reports.
* Update construction programmes.
* Maintain and updating company systems.
* Developing positive relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
* Collaborate with the project and design teams along with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project objectives are met.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor.
* Experience supervising site in the southwest region.
* Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities in high-pressure environments.
* Experience managing projects from start to finish.
* Strong IT and communication skills.
* Experience with Aconex and Primavera software is preferred however training will be provided for the right candidate.
* Highly motivated, organised, punctual and trustworthy.
* Ability to work well within a team and autonomously.
* White Card.
* First Aid.
* Unrestricted rights to work in Australia.
