HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN?
1. Formulate and develop an innovative and highly integrated regional marketing and PR strategy in line with Head Office’s (“HO”) guidelines and local market demands to achieve business performance goals and deliver KPI targets.
2. Lead, develop, and execute all marketing and PR activities, collaborating with PR, marketing, trade, global teams, and partners to build impactful end-to-end integrated programs, ensuring consistency with global brand requirements.
3. Guide direct reports to ensure media activities are fully integrated into the overall consumer communications plan, with digital efforts aligned with PR.
4. Ensure consistency with global brand requirements across all regional communications.
5. Implement cross-functional partnerships with agencies to ensure successful brand marketing.
6. Engage in close communication with PR agencies for strategy development, campaign concepts, and execution to meet KPIs.
7. Evaluate, track, and optimize campaign performance to deliver effective results, adjusting plans to meet KPI and ROI targets.
8. Establish KPIs for the upcoming fiscal year with HO team leads, providing data to inform decision-making.
9. Lead and motivate team members to deliver results-driven social marketing programs that meet specific KPIs.
10. Enhance existing programs and develop new ideas based on consumer trends, competition, and intelligence gathering.
11. Manage budget control, ensuring smooth processes throughout the year.
12. Review all budget plans before submission, monitor spending, and ensure alignment with plans.
13. Coordinate with Sr Manager, Finance & Admin on fund approval recommendations.
14. Identify opportunities and challenges, develop recommendations, and deliver proposals internally or from third parties.
15. Monitor tender processes to ensure strategic delivery and compliance.
16. Negotiate contracts, media partnerships, and marketing services agreements with venues, vendors, talent, agencies, and influencers.
17. Ensure brand safety and vendor compliance with data privacy regulations.
18. Contribute to the development of the annual business plan as part of the regional management team.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
* Bachelor’s Degree or higher with at least 10 years of experience in integrated marketing, either at an ad agency or on the client side, with strong traditional and digital/social marketing skills.
Ability to lead and inspire teams.
Highly strategic mindset ensuring all programs align with strategy.
Proactive and creative, always seeking innovative ideas and ahead of project timelines.
Ability to collaborate with and influence diverse, multicultural teams.
