Project Coordinator Opportunity
Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced project coordinator to join our Project Management Office. This part-time position will be responsible for providing communications and administration support to ensure the efficient management of multiple tasks and deadlines.
This role is ideal for an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can build strong relationships with stakeholders.
About the Role
* Key Responsibilities:
* Implement a strategic approach to communication and engagement, ensuring proactive, transparent, and consistent interaction with residents, businesses, and key stakeholders.
* Provide administrative support, leveraging expertise in project coordination, communications, and community engagement, preferably within construction or major infrastructure projects.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent, and/or demonstrated extensive experience in administrative roles.
* Proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments, with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
