Located in Macquarie Park, Dorothy Henderson Lodge is a warm and welcoming aged care home offering 66 general care rooms and 18 secure dementia care rooms.
Residents enjoy beautifully landscaped gardens, a chapel, hair salon, library, and inviting communal spaces.
The Lodge is part of a vibrant community that includes retirement living and home care services.
About the Role
As a casual Registered Nurse, you'll deliver compassionate, person-centred care that supports residents to live well.
You'll lead by example, inspire your team, and build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
You'll work within our MyTeam model, partnering with a consistent group of residents to provide tailored care that honours their dignity and choices.

About You
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
Current AHPRA registration
Experience in clinical leadership and team collaboration
Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards
Excellent communication and emergency response skills
Effective time management and organisational abilities
