We're seeking a Senior Property Accountant to join our Property Management Accounting Team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a diverse portfolio, deliver high-quality financial reporting, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.The OpportunityDeliver accurate and timely monthly management accounts, including balance sheets, P&L; analysis, and variance commentaries.Prepare journal entries and manage outgoings reconciliations, budgets, and wash-ups across a portfolio of assets.Act as a subject matter expert for financial reporting matters.Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.Support audits, system enhancements, and new asset transitions.Assist the Portfolio Director with portfolio analysis and client-related projects.About YouBachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.CPA/CA qualification (or currently studying towards it) preferred.Proficiency in MRI/Yardi property accounting platforms.Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.So, what's in it for you?
