Multiple Fixed Term, full-time or part time appointments (until 30 June 2027, up to 3 FTE available)Level B: $117,436 - $135,623 17% SuperannuationLevel C: $142,646 - $160,878 17% SuperannuationPosition will be offered at Level B or C commensurate with qualifications, skills and experience We seek mental health Research Fellows to work within our dynamic team in the Project Air Strategy. The Strategy works extensively with NSW Health and other government and non-government partners locally and interstate, and the demands of the position are dynamic and changing, based on projects, events, training and research priorities. The project proposes to research new models of care, and put in place training, consultancy and support to mental health clinicians about the treatment of personality disorder. It also works with the community, with consumers, carers, family members and employers to provide support and education about the disorder. To learn more about the Project Air Strategy go to: http://www.projectairstrategy.org Project Air Strategy for Personality Disorders is a partnership between the University and Health Services, and is based at Northfields Clinic, School of Psychology, University of Wollongong. The Project Air Strategy for Personality Disorders is seeking to improve access and service pathways for people with personality disorder in mainstream mental health and community settings. As part of the team working on this project you will undertake applied mental health research, training and practice. You will apply your relevant tertiary qualifications and experience in relation to skills and strategies to better manage mental health and personality disorders. Importantly you will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as a team member in a demanding research environment.
