Caravan Park Caretaker Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Caravan Park Caretaker. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the caravan park industry, ensuring customers have a wonderful experience.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. They will also have practical skills in landscaping, property and facilities maintenance.
This role involves assisting the current park manager with day-to-day management and operations of the caravan park. Key responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, sales and public relation skills, motivating and managing staff, and performing general landscaping, property and facilities maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the park manager with day-to-day management and operations.
* Provide exceptional customer service, sales & public relation skills.
* Motivate and manage staff.
* Manage bookings and administrative tasks.
* Perform general landscaping, property & facilities maintenance.
* Complete minor construction and maintenance of park buildings, cabins and caravans.
* Clean and maintain cabins and amenities to a high standard.
* Liaise with all staff, residents, and suppliers.
* Live onsite and complete overnight on-call duties.
