Job Overview
Hospitality supervisors play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of various facilities, including mine sites, dining rooms, and housekeeping departments.
* Mine Site Cleaning Supervisor: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of mine site facilities by implementing effective cleaning protocols.
* Dining Room Supervisor: Manage the preparation and serving of meals to clients by maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
* Housekeeping Supervisor: Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of residential areas by ensuring all equipment is well-maintained and supplies are adequately stocked.
* Admin Supervisor: Handle administrative tasks, such as record-keeping and data entry, to support the smooth operation of facilities.
* Tavern and Retail Supervisor: Supervise the operation of on-site taverns and retail stores by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise staff and ensure they meet performance expectations by conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
* Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal resource allocation and minimize waste.
* Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
* Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met by maintaining accurate records and tracking progress.
* Communicate effectively with staff, management, and clients to build strong relationships and resolve conflicts efficiently.
Requirements:
* 1+ year experience in FIFO roles, preferably in hospitality or a related field.
* Current or background in supervisory roles, with experience managing teams and prioritizing tasks.
* WA Manual Driver's Licence, with a good understanding of road safety regulations.
* Working rights of at least 6 months, with a valid visa or passport.
