Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and coach Franchise Area Managers to become high-performing leaders who effectively support franchisees and drive regional results.
* Focus on system optimisation to strengthen franchisee skills and enable repeatability and revenue/profit growth.
* Ensure brand consistency across all locations through compliance and operational excellence initiatives.
* Develop training programs covering commercial acumen, customer service excellence, and cross-functional collaboration on supply chain optimization and product innovation.
About You:
You are currently managing multiple franchise locations or a distributed network through a small team. You're now ready to step into a challenging national role.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving performance across dispersed teams.
* Experience using KPI-driven methodologies and business planning tools.
* Excellent coaching and communication skills with cross-functional collaboration experience.
