Night Manager
We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee all overnight operations, ensuring residents receive an exceptional customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor building security and safety; perform perimeter checks and resolve issues or emergencies that arise while on duty.
* Carry out administrative tasks including maintaining records, processing payments, auditing, reporting etc.
* Effectively manage incidents during the night shift, including grievances and conflict resolution.
* Act as a support to the residents to form a friendly and open point of contact for assistance, information and welfare.
* Respond to resident calls about noise or disturbances within the building, and lockouts.
* Attend appropriate training and mandatory staff meetings when required.
Requirements:
* Valid Working Rights in Australia and New Zealand.
* National Police Check.
* Working with Children Check (NSW).
