**Accountabilities include**:
- Critically analyse complex information from various disciplines and stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue reform opportunities, in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead a multi-disciplinary policy team that can deliver a significant policy reform initiative within time and cost limitations.
- Engage directly with industry stakeholders, incorporate their insights, manage expectations and outcomes.
- Manage and coordinate team resources, in a dynamic and evolving environment, to ensure that desired business outcomes, performance indicators, project deliverables and deadlines are achieved.
- Provide specialist policy and legislative advice.
- Develop and maintain effective networks, consult and negotiate with internal and external clients, industry groups, and other government agencies.
- Prepare and oversee the development of complex documents.

- Promote and ensure compliance of work or project team(s) with public sector legislation
