Murrumburrah High School is a small, vibrant co-educational government secondary school located in Harden, serving students from the twin towns of Harden and Murrumburrah and surrounding rural communities. With 163 students enrolled and around 22% idenfitying as Indigenous, our school prides itself on fostering a welcoming, inclusive and supportive environment where every young person feels valued and empowered to succeed academically and personally.

Selection Criteria Approval to teach Stage 4 and 5 Science (Years 7-10) and Stage 6 Biology, Chemistry and Physics. Capacity to implement effective classroom management strategies and contribute to differentiated teaching and learning programs to maximise student growth and promote high expectations for all students. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, parents and the wider community. Understanding and commitment to the NSW Department of Education's Aboriginal Education Policy.
Conditions
An unconditional full approval to teach is a requirement. If you do not hold a full approval to teach with the NSW Department of Education, you are required to commence the application process at the same time as you apply for this teaching opportunity.
