The School of Health Sciences is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to provide comprehensive operational support for academic and professional staff. This role includes maintaining the smooth operation of the School by building collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, the timely management of financial processes and business support for daily School operations
Your responsibilities will include:
- Facilitating, tracking, and processing various agreements, including Service Agreements, Student Placement Agreements, and Teaching & Supervision Agreements.
- Assisting with financial procedures, including managing travel arrangements, credit card transactions, purchase requisitions, stationery orders, and placement payments.
- Providing administrative assistance to staff and students, including responding to inquiries and managing day-to-day office tasks.
- Organising meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and maintaining up to date SharePoint files
This position will appeal to a person who is detail-oriented, who can not only follow procedures, and is also comfortable in working out solutions to problems and improving processes.
This Fixed Term position is part time 4 days per week until July 2025 at a HEW 4 Higher Education Level located at Callaghan Campus.
